Roasted Broccoli Salad with Feta, Barley, and Pomegranate

Roasted broccoli is amazingly delicious. You might be surprised to see a salad featured in a site about convection ovens however, you cook your broccoli and almonds in your convection oven.

Once you work out the right timings for your convection oven, you won’t ever have to worry about burning the broccoli or the almonds.

Really delicious salad that can be adjusted to suit what you love. I don’t really like barley, so I leave it out! If pomegranates aren’t available, throw in dried cranberries. Yummy #convectionovenrecipes #convectionoven #realfoods 30-minute cooking time.
